The Legends at Frog Hollow is a residential golf course community master planned and engineered by Melham Associates in 1997. Starting with 400 acres of table-flat land with a public road angling through the center, the firm was assigned the responsibility of conceptualizing, master planning, engineering and obtaining all approvals and permits for the community to be constructed. One of the first steps in this process was the annexation of the site by the City of Middletown.
